CAR AND BODY; Any car 1960 and newer is eligible. 108” wheel base minimum. The stock steel unaltered floor pans, fire walls, and rear wheel wells must be retained. NO sectioning , channeling, or chopping allowed. May remove all front inner fenders, but must remove plastic inner fenders. Driver and passenger inner doors may be removed for roll cage. Dash must be removed. FULL width windshield screen must replace windshield extending from post to post.

BODY; MUST be steel and STOCK appearing. NO fiberglass or aluminum body parts allowed. NO SLAB BODIES MUST APPEAR STOCK WITH BODY LINES. Roofs cannot be chopped or altered.

SUSPENSION; Suspension and parts must remain ABSOLUTELY stock for that make and model. Racing springs OK, must be steel. Spring perches on rear leaf springs must be welded to rear end housing. Stock spring shackles ONLY. May brace spring pockets and make rear roll cage supports no wider than frame rails. NO other bracing is allowed.
A. Spring spacers OK. Spacers may NOT be adjustable.
B. No coil over or load leveler type shocks. STOCK MOUNT racing shocks in STOCK LOCATION OK.
C. Upper and lower trailing arms must remain stock with NO adjustments. Welded washers are NOT allowed. NO reinforcing allowed PERIOD. NO bearings bushings allowed. If the trailing arm is worn out, get another one.
D. NO adjustable lowering blocks allowed. 1 ½” maximum on lowering blocks.

TIRES & WHEELS; McCreay, Hoosiers, or Goodyear. 26.5, 27.0 x 10.0 x 15. Asphalt take offs ONLY. May groove or sipe tires. OPTIONAL; Hoosier 500, 10” tire may be ran. Bead lock may be ran on right rear ONLY.

ENGINE; STOCK ONLY, GM on GM, Ford on Ford, etc. NO mixing or matching of crank and rods. NO aluminum or high rise intakes or water pumps. Replacement rods may be ran, but they MUST be STOCK REPLACEMENT rods with nut and bolt. NO Bowtie rods. Vortec rods are OK. All cars must have a 1” above the oil line in the oil pan. You will not be allowed to pull the engine or pan if you do not have an inspection hole. YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED.

HEADS; . Stock OEM heads only. Guide plates, poly locks, screw in studs, and roller rockers OK.
A. Must run original diameter valve springs. Cannot machine for larger springs. NO taper springs.
B. NO after market heads. NO bow tie, turbo, svo, direct connection, vortec, angle plug or aluminum heads.
C. Bowl cuts and unshrouding of valves is allowed.
D. ABSOLUTLEY NO PORTING OR POLISHING OF ANY KIND.
E. May be machined for bigger valves, 2.05 intake, 1.6 exhaust.

IGNITION; Stock single point or stock electronic. NO magnetos allowed.

CARBURETORS; One two barrel or one four barrel ONLY. NO Predators. Carburetor spacer one inch WITH gaskets included allowed. $150.00 claim on carburetors for cars in the top five. Any car claiming must finish the race on the lead lap. NO car may have their carburetor claimed more than three times during the year. PROMOTER HAS RIGHT TO CLAIM CARBURETORS.

RADIATOR; One passenger car radiator allowed. Must be mounted in stock location. Aluminum radiators OK. Trickle type systems allowed.

HEADERS; After market headers allowed. Turn down type only.

MOTOR MOUNTS; Solid motor mounts OK in STOCK LOCATION.

STEERING; After market power steering pumps, reservoirs and pulleys allowed. Steering shaft and hiems OK. Quick disconnects allowed.

TRANSMISSIONS; Stock transmissions only.
A. Must use stock type 10 ½”steel pressure plate and stock steel flywheel.
B. Clutch plate must be stock and have working springs.
C. NO 10,000 RPM clutches or flywheels allowed.
D. Automatics must have working torque converter. NO torque tubes.
E. Drive shaft must be painted white.
F. MUST have drive shaft loop towards front of drive shaft.
G. Hydraulic throw bearing allowed.

REAR ENDS; Stock Ford 9” OK. Mini spools or locked rear ends OK. NO full spools. Stock disc brakes OK. After market hangers must have stock rotors and hats. NO after market disc brakes at all.
A. ALL cars must have a 1” inspection hole in top right side of rear end housing. If you do not have an inspection hole you will not be allowed to pull the gear or plate. YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED.

FUEL; NO alcohol, or nitro. Pump gas ONLY. Racing fuel OK.

BATTERY; May be relocated but must be securely fastened WITH cover.

PEDALS; After market pedals OK. NO BRAKE ADJUSTMENTS IN REACH OF DRIVER. IF PROMOTER CAN REACH IT FROM SEAT, IT IS ILLEGAL.

FUEL CELLS; See general rule 3.2.5. ROLL OVER FLAP OR ROLL OVER VALVE MUST BE INSTALLED AT FUEL CELL.

BUMPERS; Front bumpers must be cut off at outside frame rails and capped off smooth. One piece of 1 ½” I.D. (2” O.D.) round tubing is allowed. Wrecker hoops no taller than 8” MUST be welded to top of bumper no wider than frame rail, no bracing or gussets. Nerf bars allowed. 1 ½” round, square or rectangular flush mounted on each side. NO exposed bolts or fasteners.

WEIGHT; 3500 pounds with driver.

SAFETY; Fire suits, gloves and shoes mandatory and must be worn at all times during racing. All cars will be equipped with a full size 16” x 20” window net. Window must be in use at all times. You may use two arm restraints instead of the window net. Arm restraints must functional and in place when driver lines up. You will be checked and if they are not in place you will NOT be allowed to race.

NOT ALLOWED; No double shocks. NO double radiators. NO roller or mushroom cams. NO pop up pistons. NO weight jacks. NO traction devices. NO mini clutches. NO aluminum flywheels. NO aluminum water pumps. NO electric fuel pumps. NO porting or polishing on heads or intake. NO posi tracs. NO ratchet type rear ends. NO gold tracs.
